What is Barre Blend?

Barre Blend is our brand new workout program launching this winter! 

Low impact + high intensity + high energy = Barre Blend! You’re going to create a lean, toned physique through a super fun fusion of ballet barre, pilates, and cardio interval training. Super Trainer Elise Joan will help you feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen with moves that help chisel your waist, define your arms, lean out your legs, and lift and firm your booty without bulking you up! 

You’re going to feel graceful, strong, and empowered in just 60 days.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
You’ll need light dumbbells (1- to 5-lb. weights work well for most people). No heavy lifting here! 

Additional recommended equipment include: Beachbody Resistance Loops (to increase intensity), Beachbody Barre Socks, and a workout mat!

You’ll work out with Elise and the cast in real time, 5 days a week, which makes you feel like you’re in a high-end barre studio with a super-supportive community. With Elise’s impeccable cueing and any sturdy household object at the right height (such as a chair, sofa, or countertop), you’ll be able to unleash your inner dancer with full self-expression right from your first workout.

And to keep you motivated and uplifted, Elise has created “I AM” Daily Motivation Cards with her most inspirational messages to help you cultivate a positive mindset every day!

Anyone, at any fitness level! Since it requires no dance experience, Barre Blend is a great workout for new exercisers or people who are just getting back into fitness. And if you’re more advanced, you can choose heavier dumbbells, add Beachbody Resistance Loops, and follow the intensifier, who makes the moves more challenging.

What's Included in Barre Blend?
  • 40 Unique Workouts: The program is broken down into 4 phases, with 5 workouts each week. Elise changes up the moves and level of difficulty every 2 weeks, so you keep seeing results. 
  • Prep Workouts: Two prep workouts—20-min Classic Full Body Blend and 20-min Cardio Blend—will introduce you to the program so you can get started right away
  • 3 Recovery Workouts: Elise created 10- and 15-min Yoga Blend workouts and a Roll & Replenish workout to help you stretch out, release tension, and increase mobility. Use these after any workout or on your rest days.
  • ​"I AM" Daily Motivation Cards: Transformation starts on the INSIDE. To promote a positive mindset and a sense of gratitude, Elise chooses a Daily Motivation Card before every workout. Choose your own card daily to receive a powerful affirmation that will set you up for your best day and keep you motivated throughout the program.
